This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a bar/lounge area. The staff returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay, showing their dedication. Definitely recommend it for a great city trip!

More pros than cons, but still…

The staff are exceptionally friendly , assisting with every need and making you feel welcome. The location is prime, right next to amazing dining options and crucial shopping areas.

The rooms are old and in dire need of renovation, with issues like faulty air conditioning and cockroach sightings. Not the best experience with cleanliness and maintenance.

We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby shopping malls, especially Big C and Central World. The hotel staff went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage and providing great tips for our stay. My sister and I really appreciated their kindness.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to do in the hotel, especially in the evenings.

Great Staff, but Maintenance Needs Attention

Had a decent stay with some awesome staff who really cared. The breakfast spread was pretty tasty, especially the fresh fruits. However, my room had some serious issues like stains on the curtains and a moldy bathroom. Plus, it would've been nice to have USB ports! Still, the lobby help was on point and super friendly.

The superior room provided a very comfortable bed, which made sleeping easy. The hotel's location is truly fantastic, with shopping centers and public transport just a short walk away. I loved the stunning city view from my room, which added a nice touch to my stay.

Excellent location and friendly staff.

This hotel was just an excellent fit for an overnight stay in Bangkok with best value for money ratio. The big LG TV in the room was super nice after a long shopping day. If you're sensitive to noise, ask for a higher floor.

I had a nice stay here and really enjoyed sipping fresh juice at breakfast and lounging by the awesome pool. The spa offers great massage treatments, and the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax. One minor thing was that the bathroom could use a little updating, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊
